House price growth increased Scotland, Wales and England in September, even though Northern Ireland experienced a slight decrease in the annual growth rate.
Northen Ireland prices are going up faster than elsewhere in the UK, with the average Northern Irish property worth 23.6% more than September last year.
This figure is more than double that of the annual growth rate in England (7.2%) as well as Wales (10.3%), and much higher than Scottish house price growth (12.9%).
