Buy to Let Investors Blossoming

75% of property investors are considering remortgaging in order to maximise on cheap rates and competitive mortgage deals.

Council of Mortgage Lenders research shows that 48% of all lending for loans is to those who intend to remortgage their present property .

The survey also shows that of the property investors looking to remortgage, 80% aim to use the money to purchase another property, showing a commitment of faith in the buy to let market as a long term investment .

85% of all investors depend on their property portfolio for future wealth.

Property investors want to see their money working for them and are more willing now than ever to shop around for the best possible mortgage deal .

With the market as buoyant as it is, it is little wonder that property investors are looking to invest their money in this manner.
