Brits are more so considering buying a home in Australia.

Given the lovely winters we have to endure, no wonder Aussie sun-kissed beaches are the in thing.

The great British public is a lot more adventurous now when considering property investment in a home abroad.

20% of international property purchase enquiries are from France and Spain, a decrease of 5% on last month, whilst interest in Australia has soared.

Dubai is also a popular destination for buying property. British property investors are still interested in Europe and European destinations, as well evidently looking to buy in more exotic, further afield locations.

The top 10 destinations for would be international property investment are:

Spain, France, Australia, Bulgaria, UAE, New Zealand, USA, Cyprus, South Africa, Canada, Italy, Turkey.
