Most UK financial advisers are recommending property funds for their clients regularly, so new research shows.
The fact that property is very popular with investors is emphasised by the fact that 96% of advisers are recommending that their clients place their money in actual 'bricks and mortar'.
Commercial property securities including Reits (Real estate investment trusts ), property funds and direct property investment are hot favourites suggested by advisers, so says a Fidelity International survey .
90% of the 300 advisers surveyed consider that commercial property should account for 10% of a client's property portfolio, with 40% of the opinion that it should account for more than 25%.

With Reits being launched, property securities are expected to make up a more phenomenal part of commercial UK property investment .
