House evaluation

A house evaluator will come to your property and assess certain aspects of your home inside and outside to see where any attention is needed making your home safer, comfortable and more efficient.

Areas they concentrate on and test include: -

1. Insulation levels
2. Air leaks
3. Heat leakages
4. Moisture damage
5. Heating and cooling equipment
6. Appliance ventilation
7. Carbon monoxide levels
8. Condition of the exterior of your home including the backyard
9. Condition of doors and windows

If there is any aspects of your home that need upgrading or improving, the evaluators will inform you of it and how to overcome it.
